• Short-cut the implementation of the process model requirements of the ISO 9001 standard.
• Deploy a range of templates for constructing a completely workable process-based management system for a project or start-up company
• Apply internationally recognised best practices to process management (ISO/IEC 15504, CMMI)
• Understand why a return on investment of 300 – 400 per cent is quite feasible after implementing six key processes!

This course :

• Provides practical experience in implementing a process-based management system for an internet/intranet-based project or start-up company.
• Explores the implications of key organisational, management and support processes and their key technical practices.

Course format

The course is strongly practical, with at least 50 per cent of the time allocated to hands-on tailoring of process work product templates. The presentation time is allocated to explaining process concepts in relation to the demands of real-world business needs.

The course contact time is 32 hours, including refreshments and breaks for lunch. Typically this course is offered over a period of 4 days.
